Clifftop Holiday Apartment

Our Holiday Apartment is on the first floor of the wing to a fine house built in 1864 as a Gentleman's Residence, in Luccombe Road. The whole building has recently been completely renovated, with the external appearance in sympathy with the period. Internally it has been refitted throughout to a very high standard.

Our Apartment has been equipped to provide extremely comfortable accommodation for four non-smoking people. It comprises a living room with opening onto a balcony that looks across the gardens to the sea to Culver Cliffs and to the mainland beyond; there is a kitchen area with granite worktops, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator; the seaview bedroom has a double bed and en suite shower room; the downsview bedroom has twin beds; the main bathroom has both bath and shower. We provide a digital TV with DVD player and a range of games and books. There is central heating and double glazing throughout, which makes the flat ideal for both summer holidays and off season breaks.

The house has a two acre woodland garden that runs down to the cliff top, and you have the use of this garden, with its summerhouse and garden furniture.

The house is the last one in Luccombe Road, and further up the road is Hadden's Pits, which is land owned by the National Trust. The quiet road is on the famous Coast Path, but by car it leads only to the hamlet of Luccombe.
