Ten minutes walk from the Clifftop Apartment at Luccombe Road, in Shanklin we also offer a Holiday House that sleeps eight. "St Martin's" is a non-smoking Warm Comfortable Secluded self catering central heated Isle of Wight Holiday Home, built in the grounds of Westhill Manor. The house provides 4 Double Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and Spacious Living Space for a party of up to 8 Adults and Children (plus a Baby).
Plenty of Parking. Walled Paved Garden. Ideal for Families, Walkers, Golfers, Cyclists and Sight-seeing. Shanklin Beach is 10 minutes walk. Stroll down to a choice of Shanklin Pubs and Restaurants.
If you would like to share a holiday with friends or family, but do not want to be under the same roof, the two properties offer an ideal double. The apartment has the balcony, the sea views and the large garden, and St Martins has plenty of living space in the house and the walled garden.

Both properties are strictly for non-smokers, but at St Martin's a dog would be welcome.
